1. Overview

24/7 Electric Emporium (“the Store”) is an online retail platform operated by 24/7 Electric Inc., headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. All products offered on this website are sold by 24/7 Electric Inc. and fulfilled and shipped directly by Gescan, a division of Sonepar Canada Inc. (“Supplier”). By purchasing from this Store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”), which comply with the Consumer Protection Act (Alberta), the Competition Act (Canada), and all applicable Canadian e-commerce regulations.

2. Products and Availability

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is dependent on Supplier stock levels at the time of order fulfillment. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email from 24/7 Electric Emporium. Orders may be declined or canceled if payment cannot be verified, products are unavailable, or an error is identified in pricing or description.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable GST/HST and provincial sales tax. Prices may change without notice prior to order acceptance. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made at the time of purchase through approved online payment methods. All transactions are securely processed through our e-commerce platform in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products are drop-shipped directly from Gescan to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed at purchase but may vary based on location and product availability. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment leaves the Supplier’s facility.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to Supplier approval. Products must be new, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Special order or customized items are non-returnable. Return authorization must be requested within 7 business days of receipt. Restocking fees or freight charges may apply.

8. Product Warranty

All products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty. 24/7 Electric Emporium does not provide additional warranties, express or implied. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or Gescan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 24/7 Electric Inc. and 24/7 Electric Emporium shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from product use or delivery delays. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the affected item.

10. Compliance and Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local electrical codes and installation requirements.

11. Privacy

Customer data is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the 24/7 Electric Inc. Privacy Policy and Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA). No payment or personal data is shared with Gescan beyond what is necessary to fulfill the order.
